Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Please contact us immediately by calling 1-800.240.8190 and select prompt 3 for debit cards. Lost cards can be reported 24/7.
You may also mark it lost or stolen within Online Banking by following these instructions:
From Dashboard:
Locate Card Management and "turn off" the card you wish to report lost or stolen.
From Checking Account
Click into your Checking Account
Click Card Management
Click on the card you wish to report
Click Report lost/stolen
