Core System Upgrade



We’re making enhancements to our core operating system and certain ancillary products to provide a better experience for you.

In order to make these enhancements, the following services will be operating with limited functionality:

  • Online Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Banking
    • Saturday November 10, 2018, from 9:00 p.m. to approximately 8:00 a.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018.
      • What can you NOT do?
        • Initiate new account transfers
        • View check images
        • Functionality for some of the widgets will not be available.
      • What CAN you do?
        • See transaction history of up to 30 days and account balance based on the date and time displayed upon login
        • View and schedule bill payments
        • Access electronic documents, statements and invoices via the Electronic Documents widget
        • All bill payments, account transfers, ACH batches and wires scheduled prior to the update will be processed as scheduled
  • Telephone Banking
    • Saturday, November 10, 2018, from 9:00 p.m. to approximately 8:00 a.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018  no new account transfers may be processed.

The above services will operate as normal, beginning at around 8:00 a.m., Sunday, November 11. We appreciate your patience during this update.
