Rhonda Joyce

Rhonda Joyce joined American National Bank and Trust Company through the acquisition of Mid-Carolina Bank in July 2011. Rhonda has been in the banking industry for 31 years serving in various leadership capacities as City Executive, Market President and most recently, Regional President. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a BS in Industrial Relations. Rhonda gives tirelessly to the community serving in a number of leadership capacities for the YMCA in Greensboro, Executive Committee for the Guilford Merchants Association/First Point, Summit Rotary Club, Women's Professional Forum, GROW Oversight Committee for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board and is Co-Chair of the Habitat for Humanity Banker Build.
Chuck Burns

Chuck Burns has 36 years of experience in banking with 16 years in the Greensboro market. He graduated from Atlantic Christian College with a BSBA. Chuck serves on the boards of the United Way of Greensboro, Guilford Regional Tennis Association, Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition, and the Lake Jeanette Recreational Association.
Lee Burris

Lee Burris has lived in Greensboro since 1991 and has 33 years of experience in the banking industry. He received his BA in economics from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing a Management Associate Program in the banking industry. Lee is an active member of Nat Greene Kiwanis and Member of the Board for the Out of the Garden Project.

Jay Easley has lived in Greensboro for 31 years and has 24 years in banking. He is a Leadership Greensboro graduate of 2002 and was recognized as one of the Triad’s 40 Under 40 by the Triad Business Journal in 2009. Jay is the former Board Chair and member of Leadership Greensboro, served the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Camp Weaver and a member of various UNCG committees, including Cone Health.
