American National Announces New Retail Banking Positions in Franklin County

Danville, VA – American National Bank and Trust Company announced today the following employee changes in the Franklin County Region.
Lisa D. Spangler has been named Financial Center Manager of the bank’s Westlake Office in Hardy, Va. Spangler will be responsible for business development, community involvement, consumer lending and sales and service management at this banking office. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including positions in operations, branch management and retail lending. Most recently, she served as a Retail Relationship Manager with Franklin Community Bank. On Jan. 1, 2015, Franklin Community Bank became a division of American National.
Kelly R. Reeves has been named Sales & Market Coordinator, and will be based at the bank’s Rocky Mount Office. In her role, she will help provide sales and service training to all of American National’s 27 banking offices. Reeves has more than 33 years of experience in the financial industry, and has been with Franklin Community Bank, a division of American National, since 2002. Most recently, she served as a Client Service Manager. Reeves has continued her banking education with courses and training sessions offered through the American Bankers Association.
Adonna J. Lemon has been named Financial Center Manager of the bank’s Rocky Mount Office. She will be responsible for business development, community involvement and sales and service management at this banking office. Lemon has been with Franklin Community Bank, a division of American National, for 11 years and has held positions of Customer Support Representative, Sales and Service Leader and Client Service Manager.
Chelsea J. Holland has been named Customer Support Manager at the bank’s Southlake Office in Union Hall, Va. She will be responsible for consumer lending and ensuring that this office is meeting the operational expectations set forth by the bank. Holland has more than five years of banking experience with SunTrust, and most recently with Franklin Community Bank as Customer Service Representative. She is also actively involved with Habitat for Humanity.

On May 18, 2015, Franklin Community Bank will begin operating as American National Bank and Trust Company.
