Meet Eddie Rogers

Charles E. Rogers, known as Eddie, is a longtime resident of Graham, NC and has 34 years of lending experience. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University. In his community, Eddie serves as Kiwanis Club Treasurer, Board President of Alamance County Community Services Agency, and Treasurer of Westminster Presbyterian Church. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and the trumpet as a member of the Alamance Jazz Band and The Cathedral Brass Quartet.
As Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer at the Church Street branch, Eddie specializes in all types of mortgage loans. He loves meeting the wonderful people who become customers and helping them realize their dream of home ownership.
Eddie’s advice for new customers is:
“Prepare. Know how much of a monthly payment you are comfortable making. Know your credit history—check into any derogatory items that could affect getting an approval. Gather the information necessary to verify your income (paystubs, W2s, tax returns if self-employed). Obtain at least two months of bank statements to verify funds for down payment and closing costs. Call me to get pre-approved!”
