A NEW Treasury Management Platform

On May 23, 2022, our Treasury Management platform will be upgraded to an improved digital banking experience. The new design provides more convenience, added security, and new features like a mobile app with mobile remote deposit.

What do I need to know prior to the upgrade?

  • SYSTEM ACCESS: The upgrade will take place the weekend of May 20, 2022 - May 22, 2022. Please note that your online and electronic banking services, including cash management, will not be available during that time.
  • FIRST TIME LOGIN LINK: On Monday, May 23, 2022, users will log in using a unique link that will be emailed to you that morning. See detailed first time access information below and or reference this first time login guide.
  • COMPANY ID: Your site administrator should have already received an email from us containing your Company ID. You will need this ID in order to log in to the new platform for the first time. 
  • ACCOUNT INFO: All your account information, statements, bill pay history and payees, transfers, ACH files, and wire templates will automatically transfer to the new system. The only things that will not transfer are Alerts and Positive Pay. Those will need to be set up again in the new system. 
  • BILL PAY T&C: If you use bill pay, you will just need to agree to the Bill Pay terms and conditions, but you will not have to re-enroll. Everything will automatically transfer.
  • INTUIT USERS: Quicken, Quickbooks, or Mint Users, please reference Intuit conversion information here.

First Time Access: Treasury Management Platform

The first time you access the system has quite a few steps. For your reference, we have outlined them below and posted a first time log in demo video here and a first time login PDF here.

Step 1: Enrollment Email

The morning of May 23rd, you will receive an Online Enrollment Email from us that will include:
  • Initial Login Link that will take you through several enrollment and authentication steps. You must use this link the first time you log in.
  • Subsequent Login URL that will be used for logins after the enrollment process. This link will also be accessible on the login page on our website when you select "Treasury Management".

Step 2: Credentials for First Time Login

You will be asked to enter your Company ID and current Login ID.
  • Your Company ID is the specific code that AMNB Treasury Management uses to identify your company and was sent to your administrators in an earlier email. 
  • Your Login ID is the User ID you use today.

Step 3: Completing your First Login

After entering your Company ID and Login ID via the Login Link, you will be guided to complete login through the following steps:
  • Enroll in SMS Two-Factor Authentication
  • Create a new password
  • Establish security questions and answers
  • Accept Terms and Conditions
