System Upgrade

Online Banking Maintenance

Please note that the core system upgrade previously scheduled on November 8, will now take place on Saturday, December 6. While we make these enhancements, the following services will be affected:
 
ONLINE BANKING & BILL PAY

  • Temporarily unavailable early Saturday, December 6 (from around 1 a.m. to about 3 a.m.)
  • Accessible from around 3 a.m. to about 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, with slight limitations

 What CAN you do?

  • See transaction history of up to 30 days and account balance based on the date and time displayed upon login
  • View and schedule bill payments
  • Access electronic documents, statements and invoices via the Electronic Documents widget
  • All bill payments, account transfers, ACH batches and wires scheduled prior to the update will be processed as scheduled

What can you NOT do?

  • Initiate new account transfers
  • View check images
  • Functionality for some of the widgets will not be available.

MOBILE BANKING

  • Temporarily unavailable early Saturday, December 6 (from around 1 a.m. to about 3 a.m.)
  • Accessible from around 3 a.m. to about 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, with slight limitations

TELEPHONE BANKING

  • From around 1 a.m. to about 5 p.m., Saturday, December 6, balances as of end of day Thursday will be available, and no new account transfers may be processed.

The above services will operate as normal, beginning at around 5 p.m., Saturday, December 6. We appreciate your patience during this update.
