Matt Hubbard

SVP | Regional President

Matt Hubbard is a Franklin County native with 14 years in the banking industry. After obtaining a BBA in Economics from Radford University, he received his MBA from The College of William and Mary. He is also a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. In 2023, Matt was named one of the Roanoke Valley’s 40 under 40 by The Roanoker Magazine. He supports his local community non-profits having served on the Board of Directors for the Grandin Theatre Foundation, the Blue Ridge Mountains Council for Boy Scouts of America, and the Science Museum of Western Virginia.

Ryan White

SVP | Market President

Ryan White is a Lynchburg native with nineteen years of experience in the banking industry. He has held market leadership roles in the Lynchburg/Central Virginia markets for most of his industry tenure, and has a strong background in commercial, industrial, and asset based lending. Ryan currently sits on the board of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the American Red Cross, and serves as chair for the Investor Relations committee at the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance.

Amanda Bowyer

VP | Commercial Relationship Manager

Amanda Bowyer is a native of Lynchburg Virginia with 17 years of experience in the banking industry.  She attended Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management at UVA, and RMA Commercial Lending School at ECU.  She supports her local community non-profits having served on the Board of The Motherhood Collective and Lynchburg Youth Hockey Association.
